A Celebration of Life for Pamela Faye Worth, 67, of Nash, is 2:00 pm, Friday, May 6, 2016 at Nash Christian Church. Pastor Dan O’Daniel and Pastor Richard Craven will officiate. Burial will follow in New Home Cemetery at a later time. Services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Pamela was born October 31, 1948 in Enid to Elmo Henry Chapman and Lavina Faye (Willson) Chapman. She passed from this life May 2, 2016 at her home in Nash, after a long battle with cancer surrounded by her loving family.
Pamela attended Waukomis Schools, and later worked in the cafeteria for several years. Pamela married Robert “Bob” Worth May 19, 1993 and they made their home in the Nash area. She operated Pam’s Cleaning Service before retiring. Bob and Pam were long time members of Nash Christian Church. Pam’s faith was very important to her. She was a strong Christian woman and participated in several activities at the church. She enjoyed crafts, flowers, camping, shopping and spending time with her family and friends. Pam was a loving mother, wife, sister, grandmother and she will be missed dearly.
Pamela is preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Richard Wilson.
She is survived by her husband Robert Worth, of the home in Nash; two sons, Robert Gritz and Lisa Kyle, of Wichita, KS; Richard Gritz and Kim Wright, of Enid; daughter Beckie Powell, of Enid; step-daughter Teresa Worth, of Enid; four step-sons, Robert Worth and Paul Worth, both of Enid; Timothy Worth and Jeff Worth, both of Nash; two brothers, Kelsey Chapman of Enid, and Don Wilson, of Blanchard; twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Pamela’s name to Nash Christian Church or The American Cancer Society with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
