Memorial services for Craig Allen Wetherington, 57, of Enid, will be Saturday, June 15, 2013, 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church with Pastor Keith Miller officiating. The family will receive friends at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home on Friday from 6 to 7 PM. Cremation will be under the direction of the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Craig was born December 29, 1955 in Bath, Maine the son of Norman and Christine Fogg Wetherington. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving during Desert Storm .He was united in marriage to Sandra Estabrook May 3, 1975 in Maine. During his 18 year career in the Air Force he served as a safety manager for Flight Lines, Space Launch Facilities and for Ground and Weapons Systems. He enjoyed spending time in his workshop and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife Sandra, two sons, Paul Wetherington and his wife Jaclyn of Spring, TX, Kevin Wetherington and his wife Elizabeth of Richardson, TX, five grandchildren, Michael Partridge, Alan Roundtree, Krystine Wetherington, Connor and William Wetherington, a sister, Joyce Morse of Bath, Maine and a brother, Dennis Wetherington of El Paso, TX.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to St. Mary’s Hospital, The Safety Office of Vance Air Force Base, Aaron Betts and Sharrie Ballard their support during this time.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Oklahoma Medical research Foundation, Diabetes Division with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the fund.
