Barbara Weese

August 14, 1933 — October 23, 2020

A Celebration of Life Service for Barbara E. Weese, age 87, of Enid, will be 10 am Friday, October 30, 2020 at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Eric Granberg officiating. A family only burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Barbara was born August 14, 1933 in Medford, OK to Selma Froese Haworth, and passed away Friday October 23, 2020 in the Garland Road Nursing Center. Barbara married Leslie Weese on October 6, 1950 in Enid, and he passed away December 3, 2002. She attended and graduated from Enid High School in 1951. She worked for Garfield County as a clerk in the Deeds and Registrar office retiring in 2005. She served on the PTA from 1958-1960. She was a member of Davis Park Christian Church. She later became a member of Garland Road Church of Christ.

Barbara is survived by her children; Karen and Mike Manley, Greg and Sherry Weese, and Shari and Jim Stricklin, 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, and a great-great grandson a brother Glen and Kathy Haworth several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by mother and husband Les her favorite aunt Edna Watts.

Memorials may be made to Bennie’s Barn with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
