Celebration of Life will be 2:00pm Friday, February 4, 2011 in the Ringwood
Gymnasium. Burial will be at Glenwood Cemetery, Ringwood.
Leonard was born Sept 19, 1952 to Harlan “Buck” and Evelyn Schwind Webber, He
graduated from Ringwood High School 1970.
Leonard married Sandra Allen Mar 6, 1971. He served with the National Guard 1971-
1975.
Leonard did Construction work and was owner of Webber Construction. He also co-
owned W&S Car Wash in Ringwood.
Leonard belonged to Oklahoma State, Arkansas State and Arkansas Jamboree
Fiddlers Association.
He was a Cushman Scooter enthusiast and belonged to many Cushman clubs in
Oklahoma and surrounding states.
Leonard’s hobbies were Country & Western dancing, fishing and riding his
Cushman Scooters.
He is survived by his wife Sandra, sons Chad of Ringwood, Devin and Leland of
Ames, mother Evelyn; brother, Harold and sister Trilla Patton, all of Ringwood.
Leonard was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
Memorial maybe made to Ringwood Fire Department and Glenwood Cemetery.
