Sheila was born on January 30, 1956 to Nolan and Juanita Rich in Wichita, Kansas. After graduating from Enid High School in 1974 as member of the library association, she went on to join the Army and then moved to Oklahoma City to become a ward clerk in the emergency room. After years of working at the hospital, she was also the best waitress in Oklahoma. She married Billy Watson in November of 2002 and they made their home in Enid here she worked at Tyson and as a clerk for Norma J’s Liquor Store. Everyone loved momma. She made sure to say hi to anyone she knew and made many friends along the way.

After retiring, she decided to dedicate her life to being a fantastic and wonderful mother and grandmother. Sheila was good at propping up family and friends and supporting them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives.

Sheila also loved her doggies, and when she wasn’t home with the pups, she could be found visiting her daughter or grandkids. She loved her boss and friend Colby Jantz, and spent time working and making new friends. We all will miss her greatly.
