Doris Wasson, 79, died July 7, 2010 in the hospital. She was a fighter. She was born in Bristow, OK, September 13, 1930, where she met and married her husband, Orland Wasson. They moved to Enid, OK in1970, where she started work at Enid State School and retired from there after 22 years. She then worked another 15 years at United America Advertising.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Orland and siblings.
She is survived by 6 children, Debbie Seek of Covington, Donna Foote of Enid, Mitch Wasson of Lexington, Timmy Wasson of Enid, Ricky Wasson of Enid and Patrick Wasson of Wakita. She has 17 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
