Memorial Services for Virginia Lee (Kent) Eastep will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Waukomis Christian Church, 201 S Main Street, Waukomis, OK, with Pastor Dave Jones officiating. Cremation arrangements under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.

Virginia Lee Eastep, 81, of Enid, passed away surrounded by her family on February 23, 2025. She was born November 6, 1943, in Enid, Oklahoma, the daughter of Fred C. Kent and Ida Mary Dow Kent. She loved spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids and working in her yard. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Ida; her daughter, Shannon Marie Caywood, and her son, Michael Lee Cavanaugh; siblings, Buddy McGinnis, Beulah Long, Alice Kitchen, Ramona Mabry, Bobby Lee Coulter, Harry J. Hye, Mary Faulkner, Judy Undernehr, Clark Kent, Jody Kent, Ronnie Kitchens, and Russell Best. She is survived by her children Cindy McFarland (Justin Lamunyon) and Donna Breeze (John Evans); siblings Michael Kent, Leland Best, Marjorie Leh, and Bonnie Berner. She was Granny to 4 grandchildren, Sean Breeze (Jessica), William Breeze (Katie), Dustin Breeze (Tammy) and Braxton Lamunyon (Tane Webb); 8 great-grandchildren, Emma, Emberlyn, Sunni, Kayden, Addison, Bowen, Stratton and Alex. Survived as well by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in Virginia's name may be made to the Wheatheart Nutrition and/or Elara Care Hospice with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
