Lance Trickel

The memorial service for Lance Trickel, age 64 will be held Friday, January 3, 2014, at 3:30 pm at the Free Methodist Church, with Janice Buffalo officiating. Burial of cremains will be at a later date in Ft Dodge, IA. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Lance was born November 2, 1949 in Ft Dodge, IA, the son of Duane and Dixie Trickel and died December 20, 2013 at his home. He was educated in Ft Dodge.

Lance married Joyce Hruska on April 21, 1970 in Ft Dodge, IA. They moved to Enid in 2002. Lance worked at Janzen’s as a mechanic for 13 years. He was a member of the Classic Car Club of Enid, Lions Club of Fairview and was a volunteer Deputy Sheriff for Major Co. Lance was a member of the Free Methodist Church of Enid.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce of the home, his uncle Wesley Trickel of IA, and very dear friends, Steve and D J Hassler of Enid.

He was preceded in death by his father Duane Trickel and mother Jennie Trickel.

Memorials may be made to the Free Methodist Church with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
