Cari Suzanne(Gipson) Thorpe was born June 11, 1961 in Guymon, OK to Eddie and Kay Gipson and passed away on January 30, 2019. Growing up she enjoyed spending time with her sisters, Debbie, Wendi, and Ami as well as her many friends. Cari was a daddy’s girl and loved working in the shop with her dad. Together they had three children Kristi, Bradley, and Kalie and her 10 grandbabies who were the light of her life. Cari was a devoted wife, mother, sister, abba, and friend. She enjoyed watching sports and was a huge OSU and Dallas Cowboys fan. Cari was a people person and made friends with everyone she met. She genuinely cared for everyone she met and was very honest with her words. Next to her grandbabies and family, her dogs were her passion. She will be remembered for her big smile, her sense of humor, and the way she loved others. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Glen Thorpe; Her three children, Kristi Lipsett and husband Kevin, Bradley Thorpe and wife Ronda, and Kalie Ulrich and husband Bradley.
