Graveside services for Wanda Stratton, age 80 will be 11:00AM, Saturday, August 18, 2012 in the Memorial Park Garden Chapel. Rev. Jim Edmison will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Wanda was born February 1, 1932 in Maysville, OK and died August 12, 2012 in Edmond, OK. She grew up and attended school in Pauls Valley graduating in 1950. Wanda married P.J. Stratton on March 29, 1955 in Gainesville, TX. They moved to Enid in 1958. In 1995, she moved to Crescent and has lived there since. Wanda worked at St. Mary’s Hospital as a Nurses Aide before retiring.
She is survived by her daughter, Eva Carol Piearcy and husband Matt of Crescent; one son, Jimmy Wayne Stratton and wife Felicia of Edmond; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband and three sisters.
