Marie Stevison

Marie M Stevison, age 84 went home to be with our Lord and Savior, Thursday afternoon, February 4, 2010. She was born in Sparks, OK to John and Alta (Green) Lane on March 16, 1925. She married W.G. “Pete” Stevison in Sparks, OK in 1939. She lived in Waukomis, OK since 1974. She raised her family and worked as a caregiver until she retired. She also liked to play bingo.

Survivors include four daughters: Betty Mock of Woodland, CO, Barbara Mock, Phyllis Stephens and Pam Struble all of Enid, OK; two sisters Frances Burleson and Juanita Taylor of Salem, CA; 17 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Pete, one son, Johnny Stevison and three daughters: Shirley Stevison, Anita Floyd and Sharon Marker.

A visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday evening at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Services will be held Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Rev Danny Marney will officiate. Burial will be in the Covington Cemetery.
