Willa Stelzer

The funeral service for Willa Faye Stelzer, age 77 will be held Friday, August 13, 2010 at 10:00 am at the Garriott Road Church of Christ. Noel Sexton will officiate. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be a time visitation with the family from 6-8 pm Thursday evening. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Faye was born November 4, 1932 in Harper County, OK to Harold and Minnie (Baugh) Watkins and died August 10, 2010. She graduated from Enid High School in 1952 and attended college at Phillips University.

She married Delmar Ebert on August 12, 1952. He passed away on November 4, 1974. She then married George Stelzer in Enid, OK on April 25, 1982. She worked as an office manager for the Commanche Cove Owners Association and was a substitute teacher for the Grandbury, Texas School district. She was a member of the Garriott Road Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband, George of the home, two sons Jerry Ebert and wife Janet of Monticello, AR, Donald Ebert and wife Suzanne of Coppell, TX and daughter, Denise Haught and husband Brent of Tecumseh, OK; step son, Donald Stelzer and wife Mollie of San Antonio, TX; three grandchildren, Rebecca Cooper of Dallas, TX, Josiah Haught of Tecumseh, OK, Timothy Ebert of Coppell,TX; two step grandchildren, Dean Stelzer of San Antonio, TX and Shelley Georgiu of San Antonio, TX; and sister, Joyce Misner and husband Gary of Enid, OK.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her first husband, Delmar.
