The funeral service for Sandra Kay Sparks, age 70, will be held Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Rev Don Tines will officiate. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Sandra was born April 2, 1941 in Cherokee, OK to Ralph and Irene Kraft Kisling and died May 23, 2011 at her home. She was a graduate of Nash High School and attended two years at NW OSU.
She married John Sparks on September 18, 1993 in Enid, OK. She worked in the finance department at Speedstar and Failing. She worked at Phillips Drug as a pharmacy tech until it closed, then she worked at Pharmcare, OK of Enid until health forced her retirement. She loved to play pitch with her Pitch Club buddies every month. She loved to travel to visit her children and grandchildren and to see her husband’s great granddaughter.
Survivors include her husband, John, her children, Roger Hayes of Oklahoma City, OK and Larry Hayes of Krum, TX, mother Irene Kisling; sister, Linda Shaw; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father.
