David Smith

David Allen Smith was born December 9,1950 and passed away December 12. 2011. He is preceded in death by his parents Roy Smith and Lillian Briggs and son Steve Smith. He is survived by his son Lance (LaDonna) Smith, daughters Tonya (Bob) Bowdre, and Makayla Smith; sisters, Pat Alcorn and Connie (Richard) Resley; 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 12 pm Saturday, December 17, 2011 at United Methodist Church 320 N. Main South Haven, Kansas 67140. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home, Enid, OK.
