The funeral service for Caitlin Renea Genell Simon, infant will be held Thursday, July 28, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Ray Rose will officiate. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Caitlin was born July 14, 2011 in Enid, OK to Dennis Franklin Simon, II and Jennifer Suzanne Cushman and died July 23, 2011 in Oklahoma City.
Survivors include her parents, her maternal grandparents, Patricia and Eric McMullen; paternal grandparents, Debra Simon and Dennis Simon; two brothers, Blake Cushman and Alexander Simon and several other family members.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Melvin Cushman.
