Funeral services for Betty Jo Seiger will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Cherokee Friends Church in Cherokee with Pastor Tony Hays and Carol Coulter officiating. Burial will follow in Cherokee Cemetery. Services are under the direction Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Betty was born November 27, 1941 in Cherokee, Oklahoma to Clifford and Alice (Brown) Sanborn, and passed away July 9, 2021 in Enid. She worked for many years as a CNA at Harper County Community Hospital where she cared for patients tirelessly before moving to Enid in 2009.
Betty Jo is survived by her husband, Harold of the home; sons, James, Denisa and David and wife Julie and Daniel Ketterman; daughters, Alisa Barnes, Elizabeth Ketterman and Nicole Ensminger and husband Chad; stepsons, Tommy Seiger and Bobby Seiger; 27 grandchildren, Amanda, Neil, Lauren, Lindsey, Troy, Kandice, Benjamin, Jacob, Andrew, Deni, Jonathan, Hannah, Jessica, Bo, Toni, Mary Kathryn, Abygail, Rachel, Charlisa, Alexis, Amilia, Annie, Kolby, Jayce, Graycie, Jake, Mason Dean, Michael; numerous great grandchildren; siblings, Tom Sanborn and wife Anna, Robert Sanborn; sister-in-law, Kathy Sanborn, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; father of her children Jimmy Ketterman; daughter, Rachel Ketterman; son Jonathan Ketterman; brother, James Sanborn; sisters, Alice Sanborn and Linda Maples; daughter-in-law, Jewel Ketterman and son-in-law, Bo Barnes.
