The funeral service for Jeffrey W Row, age 42, was held Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 1:00 pm at the Emmanuel Baptist Church. Rev Bobby R Hall officiated. Burial was in the Memorial Park Cemetery. There was a time of visitation Friday evening from 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Arrangements were under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Jeffrey was born January 16, 1967 to Buddy and Mary Ann (Idlett) Row in Cushing, OK and died, January 7, 2010 at his home. He graduated from Enid High School.
In November 1997 he married Nancy Carter in Las Vegas, NV. They had one child, Alexis who was the sunshine of his life and his little princess. They loved watching NASCAR races and cheering for Jeff Gordon.
Jeff worked as a truck driver for Oil Tool Rental in Enid, OK and later as store Manager for the Oil Tool Rentals office in Bowman, MT. In 1999 he became a partner in Row Transportation driving long haul for Circle V and LoneStar of Tulsa. He was well liked by all his colleagues who loved Jeff’s sense of humor. He received numerous awards for safety and was highly praised by his supervisors for his driving ability and dedication to his job. Due to his illness he was unable to continue driving, but assisted in sales at R & L Hydrostatic Tubing Testing.
Jeff had a lot of friends who loved him very much. His very special friend, Jennifer Brown, shared a lot of fun times with Jeff and was by his side throughout his illness and provided much comfort and direction for him. Throughout his illness, Jeff maintained a positive attitude and a close relationship with God. He was a member of the Christ Community Church.
He is survived by his daughter Alexis of Enid, OK, his father Buddy Row and stepmother Ginger of Enid, OK; his mother, Mary Ann Stuart and his stepfather David of Garber; three brothers: Adam Row and his wife Brynda of Covington, OK, Brad Row of Cabot, AR, and Patrick May and his wife Lane of Grand Bay, AL; his grandmother, Anna Weaver of Enid, OK and nieces and nephews: Haley and Lindsey Row of Cabot, AR, Brandon and Hunter Row of Covington, OK,Wyatt May of Grand Bay, AL and Jessica Smith of Stigler, OK.
