Kathleen Reim

December 25, 1934 — March 13, 2013

Funeral services for Kathleen R. Reim age 78 of Enid will be 2 pm Monday at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev. Steve Lance officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 5-6:30 pm at the funeral home.

She was born December 25, 1934 in Ames, OK to Ira F. and Effie (Masel) Hickman Fyffe and passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013 in Greenbrier Skilled Nursing Home. She attended and graduated from Ames School where she enjoyed playing basketball. She enjoyed attending her children and grandchildren’s activities.

She married Roger Reim on September 13, 1953 in Ames, OK and he passed away December 25, 1996.

Kathleen opened and operated Northgate Dairy Delight 1970 and sold the business in 1976. She was co-owner of Roger Reim Construction from 1966 to 1985. Kathleen worked as a nurse’s aid for St. Mary’s for many years and later for Evergreen Presbyterian Ministry as a caregiver. Kathleen was a member of Central Assembly of God.

Survivors include two sons, Roger Lynn Reim and wife Diana of Meno, Stephen Brent Reim and wife Debbie of Chickasha, daughters Verla Patzkowsky husband Rudy of Okeene, Cynthia Myers of Enid, and Pamela Hickey and husband John of Hennessey, 17 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren, sister Emma Rikli of Drummond, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Ira J. Fyffe, and sister Ruby DeHaas.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Circle of Love with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the fund.
