Barbara Pelts

Graveside services for Barbara Frances Browning McFarland Pelts, 81, of Enid will be Saturday, October 5, 2013, 1:00 PM at the Holdenville Cemetery, Holdenville, OK. The family will receive family and friends at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home on Friday from 6 to 7 PM.

Barbara was born in Holdenville Ok on September 3, 1932 to Jim J Browning and Elsie E Heatley Browning. She married Pat McFarland in 1955. Barbara was employed at Vance Air Force Base for over 35 years as a Message Center Operator. She retired in 2003. She loved to bowl and play card games with family and friends, and was a wahoo queen.

She is loved and survived by 5 daughters: Patricia McFarland, Enid, OK; Vickie Focht (Dale), Stillwater, OK; Nancy Reim-Focht, Stillwater, OK; Linda McFarland Lofton, Enid, OK; and Brenda Rogers (Justin), Enid, OK. 6 Grandchildren: Angela Reim, Chad Reim (Jessica), Patrick Lofton (Melissa), Trevor Rogers, Tanner Rogers, Tracy Focht (Kim). Great Grandchildren: Haylee, Trevin and Parker Lofton, Devon Reim, Hannah Reim and Emma Brawner-Reim, Shannon, Ryan, Cody and Brandon Focht. Two sisters Ann Pattison of Holdenville OK, and Jean Morrison of Portland, OR. As well as many family and friends. Proceeded in death by her parents, Jim and Elsie Browning; her husband, Pat McFarland; 2 brothers, Jimmy and Ronnie Browning. Grandson Mike Focht and Great Grandaughter Amanda Focht.
