Funeral services for Ezekiel Blake Osburn, infant son of Nick and Tammy Osburn, will be Saturday, September 21, 2013, 10:00 AM at the World Harvest Church with Rev. Mike Miller officiating. Interment will follow in the Waukomis Cemetery. Services under the direction of the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Ezekiel was born September 13, 2013 in Tulsa, Ok and passed away September 17, 2013.
Survivors include his parents, paternal grandmother, Kelli Osburn, paternal great grandfather, Dale Miller, maternal grandparents, Lydia and Larry Stinson, aunts and uncles and many family friends. He was preceded in death by a maternal great-grandmother, Sharon Miller and an uncle, Dustin Benson.
