Everett Nay

Funeral services for Everett R. Nay will be Thursday, January 31, 2013, 2:00 PM at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Rev Jim Edmison officiating. Interment will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Carrier, OK. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Everett was born December 5, 1940 in Carrier, OK, the son of Russell and Esther Rork Nay and died January 27, 2013 in Enid, OK . He attended school in Carrier and then graduated from Enid High School. He then attended Enid Business School and graduated in 1962. Mr. Nay started his banking career at First National Bank in book keeping, ending his time there as Senior Vice President. He then moved to Wichita, KS and was employed by Bank of America before retiring in 1996. He returned to Enid where he served on the Board of directors for Habitat for Humanity.

Survivors include his daughter Julie Gordon and husband Chris of Yukon, OK, a son Kyle Nay of Tulsa, OK, his mother, Esther Nay of Enid, four grandchildren, Ryan, Nathan, Keaton and Kiersten and an aunt, Ruth Stabe of Lahoma, OK.

He was preceded in death by his father, Russell, a brother, Gaylord Nay and a sister, Beverly Nay.
