The mass of Christian Burial for Joseph F Motkowski, age 72 will be held Thursday, April 28, 2011 at the St Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Rev Kevin Ratterman will officiate. Burial will be in the Crescent Cemetery, Crescent, OK with Rev Jim Edmison officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Joseph was born March 20, 1939 in Reading, PA to Bernard and Frances Motkowski and died April 24, 2011 in Enid, OK .
In 1984 he married Martha Beery Jackson. He worked as general manager for Singer Sewing Machine of Enid and Real Property Officer for Nortrop at Vance Air Force Base, retiring in 2001. He was a member of the St Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
Survivors include his stepson, Mike Jackson and wife Linda of Enid; 4 grandchildren,3 and one on the way great grandchildren; brother, Bernard Motkowski and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Martha; two brothers, Chester and Larry; stepdaughter, Kristi; Jackson and sister, Marie Reedy.
