Ralph Allen Moore, Jr., age 89, of Enid, OK was born on January 3, 1922 to Ralph
Allen Sr. and Mary (Hill) Moore in Marlow, OK and passed from this life on
February 5, 2011 at the Integris Bass Hospital. Ralph grew up and attended
school in Marlow later graduating from Enid High School in 1940. He later joined
the United States Marines serving for 3 years in the Phillipines during WWII.
Ralph met Bobbie Rae Dixon at the Tri State Music Festival and on November 11,
1944 in Enid, OK Ralph and Bobbie Rae were married and were together for over
60 years. He was a member of the National Quail Hunt. During his career Ralph
managed Evans Drug for over 30 years and Mel’s Clothing Store. His hobbies
included; hunting, fishing, sports and birddogs. The highlights of his life were his
children and grandchildren. Ralph was a wonderful husband, father and
grandfather. Funeral services for Ralph are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Tuesday,
February 8, 2011 at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with interment in
the Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Heart
Association. He is survived by; 3 daughters; Dianne Farmer and husband Larry of
Grand Lake, OK, Susanne Gardner and husband David of Tulsa, OK and Sally
Siewert and husband Brad of Enid, OK. 1 sister; Jane McKnight of Spokane, WA. 5
grandchildren; Catherine Teater and husband Eric of Tulsa, OK, Amy Leap and
husband Chris of Dallas, TX, Jason Gardner and wife Liliam of Brazil, Paige
Siewert and Zach Siewert of Enid, OK. 6 great-grandchildren; Olivia and Ava
Teater, Hadley and Trevor Leap, and Gabriela and Isadora Gardner. Niece; Linda
