Funeral services for Jerry McHenry will be held 10:30 am, Saturday, March 27, 2021 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church with Rev. David Reber officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Jerry was born March 13, 1936 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Auzzie and Leona McHenry and passed away March 21, 2021. Jerry was a man of service throughout his life. He selflessly provided service for the Navy, Army, City of Enid Police Department, Western Uniform &Towel and during it all on his own personal life, a husband and father. He was a scout by heart in the BSA, but also a mentor/asst scout master officially. He neve stopped trying to always help others.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 6 years, Charlene; daughter, Veta Wheeler and her husband, Tony; sons, David McHenry, Tim McHenry and his wife Juanita, Mark McHenry and his wife Melissa, Ron McHenry and his wife Shelia; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brother, Jim McHenry and his wife Tori Bove; a host on nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; mother of his children, Betty McHenry; brother, Verl McHenry; sisters, Wanda Milligan, Judy Brown.

Memorial donation can be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
