Funeral services for Beverly A McGugin, age 63 will be held Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Rev Don Tines will officiate. Burial will be in the Enid Cemetery. The casket will be open until noon on Saturday.
Beverly was born April 17, 1948 in Enid, OK to Clarence M and Vela Robbins McGugin and died December 10, 2011 in the OU Medical Center Presbyterian Tower, Oklahoma City, OK after a lengthy illness. She graduated from Enid High School in 1966 and attended the University of Arkansas for two years.
She came back to Enid and worked for Security National Bank and then moved to Houston, TX in 1971. She moved to Oklahoma City in 1986 and worked at Universal Health Services as a mental health technician.
She is survived by her mother, Vela McGugin of Enid, OK; brother, Pat McGugin and life partner, Fran Rauch of Enid, OK; Beverly’s life partner, Margaret Wettengel of Oklahoma City, OK; two nephews, Tim McGugin of Little Rock, AR and Todd McGugin of Enid, OK; great nephews and nieces and several other family members.
She was preceded in death by her father.
