Funeral services for Candice L. Lorenz will be Thursday, May 24, 2012, 2PM at The Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Ray Rose officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 12:00 Noon until service time.
Candice was born Nov. 10, 1990 in Enid, Ok, the daughter of Jeff and Tracy Livingston Lorenz and passed away May 13, 2012 at The University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Candice enjoyed spending time with her family and will be remembered as a wonderful mother.
Survivors include her children, Mason Lane, Bradon Ray, and Aubrey Diane, mother, Tracy Livingston Broomfield of Enid, OK, her father, Jeff Lorenz of Rock Springs, WY, three brothers, Jason Lorenz of Elk City, OK, Kelsey Lorenz of Rock Springs, WY and Timothy Broomfield of Enid, OK, paternal grandparents, Jerry and Shirley Lorenz of Enid, OK, maternal grandparents, Raymond and Nell Teepe of Enid, OK and Larry and Linda Livingston of Enid, OK. and other family members. She was preceded in death by her great grandparents.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family for an education fund for Candice’s children with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the fund.
