A celebration of life service for Katherine Anne Litschke age 70 of Waukomis will be 4 pm Saturday January 4, 2014 at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev. Jim Edmison officiating. Cremation will follow the service under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Katherine was born August 19, 1943 in Chickasha, OK to Elgin and Lyda Harmon Smith and passed away Saturday, December 28, 2013 at St. Mary’s Hospital. She attended school in Ravia, OK. She married Donald Larry Litschke on July 10, 1969 in Enid. She worked for JC Penny’s for a period of time and later stayed home to help her husband farm. Katherine enjoyed antiques.
Katherine is survived by her husband Larry of the home, daughter Elaine Wildrix and husband Bruce of Waukomis, grandchildren Lyda Litschke and Kevin Dearing, Claryssa Schonlau and Jessica Schonlau, great grandchildren Johnny Peters, Jr, Zander Peters, and Joseph Dearing and several nieces, nephews and family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, stepmother Katherine Smith, two sisters Lucreta and Linda and a brother Billy Smith, niece Becky Smith, and step brother Kenneth Moss.
