Paul Latchaw

A Celebration of Life Service for Paul Latchaw age 86 of Enid will be 3:00 pm Saturday at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Pastor Terry O’Toole officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Paul was born May 21, 1932 in Enid to Ira R. and Nellie Laurie Latchaw and passed away Monday, July 23, 2018 in Integris Bass Hospital. He attended and graduated from Enid High School and attended Phillips University. Paul entered the U. S. Army and served during the Korean War, where he was assigned to the Atom Bomb Testing.

He married Judith Watkins on June 3, 1956 in Enid, OK. He worked for the City of Enid as an Asst. Supervisor for Traffic Control retiring after 30 years. He worked for Enid News and Eagle in maintenance and delivery departments.

Paul was a member of the Chisolm Trail Cowboy Church. He was involved with the Enid Senior Center, played the harmonica in several music groups.

He is survived by his wife Judy of the home, daughter Jennifer Stevens and husband Douglas, son Daniel Latchaw all of Enid, seven grandchildren; Tiffiney, Dustin, Morgan, Kristen, Daniel, Damyn and Andrew, six great grandchildren, Gabriel, Alysia, Alexander, Brooklynn, Gracelynn, and Katelynn, and a sister Lillie Farar.

Paul was preceded in death by parents, three brothers and four sisters.
