Funeral services for Lewis Krejci, 94, of Enid, will be Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, 10:00 AM at the Bethlehem Baptist Church with Pastor Tommy Donaldson officiating. Interment will follow in the Waukomis Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home from 6 to 7 PM Thursday.
Lewis was born Oct. 2, 1917 in Waukomis, OK the son of Joseph and Mary Schovanec Krejci and passed away September 22, 2012. He attended Pioneer School. He was united in marriage to Evelyn Martin January 8, 1939 in Wellston, OK and she preceded him in death January 8, 2011. Mr. Krejci farmed most of his life in the Waukomis area. He was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and many other capacities. He loved to go fishing and spending time in Branson, MO camping.
Survivors include two daughters, Kayleen Davis and her husband Britt of Broken Arrow, OK, Kym Sartin and her husband Jim of Morrison, OK, a son, Randall Krejci and his wife Karen of Palatine, IL, 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, two sisters, Marcella Markes of Bison, OK and Lillian Smith of Enid, OK and one brother, Adolph Krejci of Enid, OK. He was also preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Darla Marlene and one brother, Joe.
