Lael Kotlan

The funeral service for Lael F Kotlan, age 91, will be held Friday, November 26, 2010 at 10:00 am the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Rev Jim Edmison will officiate. Burial will be in the Enid Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Lael was born July 11, 1919 in White River, AZ to Hans and Mary (Kring) Schmidt and died November 20, 2010 in Enid, OK. She was raised in Ringwood and graduated from Ringwood High School. She attended Bible Colleg in Miltonville, KS.
She married Bill Kotlan on February 15, 1949 in Enid, OK. He passed away on July 19, 1995.
She worked and retired from Green Valley Nursing Home in Perry, OK as a nurse’s aide after 20 years. She attended Calvary Assembly of God.
Survivors include: three daughters, Mary Long of Medina, OH, Frances Arambula of Seattle, WA and Willa Rogers of Forney, TX; three sons, George Kotlan of Enid, OK, John Kotlan of Conroe, TX and Dane Kotlan of Harlam, GA; and nine grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, husband and one brother.
