Elvin Kirk

The funeral service for Elvin William Benjamin Van Kirk, age 18, will be held Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the West Willow Community Church. Rev Don Tines will officiate. Burial will be in the Enid Cemetery. The family will receive friends and family Friday, from 6-7 pm at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Benjamin was born May 17, 1993 in Jackson, MS to Scott and Patricia Chappell Van Kirk and died February 21, 2012 in Enid, OK. He was a senior at Enid High School. He was a member of West Willow Community Church.

Survivors include his parents, Scott and Patricia Van Kirk of Enid, sister, Stephanie Wiens of Enid, OK and brother, Noah Van Kirk of Enid, OK; paternal grandfather, Jack Van Kirk and wife Anna of Eufala, OK, paternal grandmother, Glenda Osborn and husband Harold of Seminole, OK; maternal grandfather, Billy Chappell of Pinola, MS; several aunts and uncles and two nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Frieda Chappell and uncle, Rodney Chappell.
