Interment will follow at a later date. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Wanda passed away Monday, August 17, 2015 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Wanda was born August 11, 1961 in Rankin, Texas. She grew up in Wakita, OK and attended school there, graduating with the class of 1979. Following high school, she attended St. Mary’s of the Plains where she continued her education getting an RN Degree. She worked in various capacities in nursing, including home health care and as a traveling nurse during her 25 year career.
Wanda loved collecting things. She and her mother loved to talk on the phone while watching QVC together. She especially enjoyed collecting frogs, dolls, and jewelry. Her frog collecting began because she always believed “you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince.”
In 1999 she finally met her prince, Mark Kiehl, and they lived happily ever after!
She is preceded in death by her mother, Patsy Cink, on July 4, 2015.
She is survived by her husband Mark, of the home in Edmond; two daughters, Miranda Bowles and husband Brian, of Stillwater; Malissa Hill and husband Dion, of Midwest City; father, Louis Cink, of Wakita; two sisters, Colene Joslin and husband Michael, of Tulsa; Annette Cink and significant other Charlie Mears, of Drummond; brother Michael Cink of Wakita; three grandchildren, and her four beloved cats, Mustard, Max, Randy and Little Girl.
