Jerry Jehlicka

October 28, 1936 — August 26, 2012

A memorial service for Jerry Ray Jehlicka age 75 of Enid will be 11 a.m. Wednesday August 29, 2012 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Irwin officiating. Jerry’s request was to be cremated. Burial will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Tuesday 6:30 to 8:00 pm.

Jerry was born October 28, 1936 in Perry, OK to Bohumil John Jehlicka and Florence Angela Martin and passed away Sunday August 26, 2012.

Jerry attended school at Enid High School and graduated in 1954. He attended Oklahoma State University.

Jerry married Vonda Louthan on February 14, 1961 in Woodward, OK. He farmed the family homestead near Goltry, while working in the laboratory at Champlin Refinery retiring in 1984.

Jerry was a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.

He is survived by his wife Vonda of the home, son David and wife Melissa Jehlicka of Tulsa, daughters Brenda and husband Tom Drury of Wichita, KS, Jana and husband Tim Randolph, Diana and husband Duwayne Crawford both of Enid, 10 grandchildren; Matthew and wife Stephanie Randolph, Allison Randolph, Colton, Caleb, and Chandler Meadows, Clay Crawford, Lauren, Miles and Megan Jehlicka and Holly Drury, 2 great grandchildren Kinsley and Brayton Randolph.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.

He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather whose memory will always be treasured.

Memorials may be made to St. Gregory the Great Catholic Food Pantry with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the fund.
