A Celebration of Life for Courtney Danielle Irwin, age 29, of Enid, OK, will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 4, 2022, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jim Edmison officiating. Visitation with family is Wednesday, August 3, 2022 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Cremation and service arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Courtney Danielle (Jackson) Irwin was born in Fort Worth, Texas on July 7, 1993, to Tammy Beard (Burchfield) and Robert Jackson III, and passed away the morning of July 27, 2022, in Enid, Oklahoma.
Courtney graduated from Enid High School in 2011. She attended Autry Technology Center where she became licensed as a Certified Nurse Assistant in May 2011. Courtney was on the Enid High School Golf team along with the cheerleading squad.
Courtney was a mother, sister, aunt, niece, and granddaughter. She loved music, cooking, animals, comedy, reading, singing, and art. She enjoyed spending her time with her son, Logan Birkett, with family, playing the piano, shopping, solving sudoku puzzles, cooking in the kitchen and trying new recipes. Courtney was a joy to everyone around her. Her eyes, smile, and laugh would brighten the room. She had plans to move with her sister, Shelby Krohngold, to California, and was enrolled in classes in Laguna Beach, CA in preparation to begin Culinary Arts. She aspired to learn the arts and techniques of becoming a chef and one day open her very own food truck.
Courtney is survived by her son, Logan Birkett of Enid, Oklahoma; her sister, Shelby Krohngold and niece, Emery Krohngold of Newport Beach, California; her grandmother, Judith Burchfield (Rainy) of Enid, Oklahoma; her two aunts, Kim Zgavec and Barbra Burchfield, both of Enid, Oklahoma, along with many cousins and numerous friends.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Tammy Beard, her step-father, Dennis Beard, her father Robert Jackson III, grandfather, Marvin Burchfield, and her uncle, Marvin Burchfield, Jr.
