Loretta (Webb) Henderson, 93, passed away February 20, 2013 in West Covina, CA at Citrus Valley Hospice after a brief illness. Loretta was born on January 3, 1920 in Meno, OK and was one of 9 children born to William and Willa Webb.
Loretta lived in Enid most of her life and proudly worked outside the home at various jobs including clothes presser, egg separator and candy maker. She retired as a cook at a local rest home. Upon the death of her husband, Clifford in 1989, she moved to California to live with her daughter and son-in-law, Betty and Bruce Bittle.
Loretta was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Henderson, her parents, 5 brothers and 1 sister.
She is survived by 2 sisters, Lucille Phares of Sand Springs, OK, Vera Mae Belcher of Tulsa, OK; daughter, Betty Bittle of Covina, CA, step son, Gene Henderson of Ponca City, OK; 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 am, Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ray Earley officiating. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family is requesting a donation be made in her name to Citrus Valley Hospice, 820 N Phillips Ave, West Covina, CA 91791, in lieu of flowers. Condolences may be made on line at www.ladusauevans.com
