Funeral services for Edward Lee Harman age 78 of Enid will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Liberty Southern Baptist Church with Rev's Jerry Holt and Duwayne Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Ed was born May 27, 1933 in Garber, OK to Fred and Mary Sands Harman and passed away Monday, June 20, 2011 in St. Mary's Hospital after a battle of cancer. He attended school in Garber where he graduated.
He married Lonna Forbes on June 14, 1957 in Enid. They were members of Liberty Southern Baptist Church. Ed was a truck driver and retired in 1998,
He is survived by his wife Lonna of the home, daughter Tammy Evans and her husband Paul of Enid, granddaughter Rachel Evans, 2 step grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
Memorials may be made to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation Cancer Division with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the fund.
