Seth Floyd was born June 19, 1991 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Randy and Denise Floyd, just 8 minutes before his twin brother Tyler. Seth and his family moved to Enid, Oklahoma in 1992. Seth enjoyed playing sports and hanging out with his friends throughout his life in Enid. He graduated with honors from Enid High School in 2010. Seth spent most of his summers at David Allen Memorial Ballpark playing baseball with his friends. He continued his education and baseball career at Hutchison Community College where he graduated in 2012. He then went on to finish his baseball career and earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in counseling from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 2014. Seth was always working in every sense of the word; whether at his day job, or after hours working on his rental property and helping his parents. Throughout his adult life, Seth enjoyed playing live Xbox with his brothers; golfing with friends and family; being an uncle to his nephews Easton and Jhett, and taking road trips with his brothers to Colorado for a little skiing, and to Tuscaloosa to watch some Alabama football. Seth was a blessing to his family, immediate and extended. He provided hours of entertainment with his keen sense of humor. He loved telling stories of his coaches and teammates and all the fun times they had.
Seth is preceded in death by one brother, Sean Tyler Floyd, and two grandfathers, William Howell Hubbard and Vernon Cleo Floyd; and two uncles, James Henry Floyd and Dennis Howell Hubbard. He is survived by his parents, Randy and Denise Floyd; brother Zac Floyd and wife Sarah; nephews, Easton and Jhett, of Cache, OK; brother Cole Floyd, of Dallas, TX; his beloved dog Brodie; maternal grandmother, June Hubbard and husband Wallace Glaze of Quinton, AL; and paternal grandmother Omega Floyd of Frederick, OK; aunts, uncles Dianne and Allan Gant, of Stillwater, OK; Debbie and Brent Morey; Roy and Lynda Floyd; Ricky and Tracie Hubbard; Robin and Duane Salter; and numerous cousins who loved him dearly.
