The funeral service for Dwight Dean “Donk” Floyd, age 59 will be held
Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home
Chapel. Rev Don Tines will officiate. Burial will be in the Enid Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Dwight was born February 7, 1951 in Spiro, OK to James and Annie Schrimsher
Floyd and died January 15, 2011 at St Mary’s Regional Medical Center, Enid, OK.
He attended school in Enid worked as a truck driver for 36 years. On September
11, 1975 he married Anita Stevison in Watonga, OK
Survivors include his daughters, Tawnia Cockrell of San Antonio, TX Anita Betts
of Enid, OK; his five brothers and six sisters.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Anita; two sons, Dwight “son” Floyd and
Jeffery Floyd.
Memorials may be made to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation – Diabetes
