A Celebration of Life for Billie Louise Dick, 78, of Enid, OK, will be Thursday, December 8, 2016, 10:00 AM at The Memorial Park Mausoleum with Mr. Michael Nelson, Minister, officiating. The family will receive friends at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home from 7 to 8PM Wednesday. Billie was born January 7, 1938 in Cherokee, Oklahoma,
the daughter of Ralph and Ruth Smith Elwell and passed away December 4, 2016.
Billie was united in marriage to Ray Devereaux and he preceded her in death. She then married Ira Dick and he also preceded her in death. She was employed by Carmen Nursing Home, Helena Nursing Home and then to The State Boys Home in Helena and then continued to work there there in food service when it became a prison. Billie was member of the Oakwood Christian Church. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and making dolls. She will be remembered as a very generous person who always put others before herself.
Survivors include a daughter, Kelly Dian Kirkpatrick and her husband Terry of Enid, a son, Ken Ray Devereaux of Enid, seven grandchildren, Kandi Brown, Kila Greinert , Sydine Licklighter, McKinzie Devereaux, Kendra Stella, Blake Thilsted and Paige Devereaux and seven great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, David Devereaux, her parents and a sister Pat Steiger.
