A memorial service for Billy G. Day, age 66, of Enid, is 10:00 am, Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Vernon Lee officiating. Cremation and service arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Billy was born October 15, 1950 to Bill and Wilma Day in Enid, and left his earthly home January 25, 2017 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Billy attended schools in Jefferson and Enid. Billy proudly served his country in Germany from 1970-1972. He worked in the oilfields in and around the Enid area for many years.
He is preceded in death by his father Bill Day; brother John Day; a sister Patricia Skrdla; nephew Jonathan Brungardt; and his grandparents, John and Mamie Day, and Charles and Stella Day. He is survived by his mother, Wilma J. Evans, of Enid; a sister Donna Hutcheson and husband Jack, of Lakin, Kansas, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Billy’s name may be made to Hospice Circle of Love with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
