Leslie Ray Dawkins, 88, of Norman, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, November 21, 2010.
Born October 17, 1922 in Enid, Oklahoma to Clara Mae (Butterfield) Dawkins and William Leslie Dawkins.
He was a W.W.II veteran and a member of the Electricians Union for over 50 years. He was a 1940 graduate of Enid High School. He was socially active at many Enid retirement activities for years.
He is survived by his son, Andrew Dawkins; his daughter, Ann Bryan; his son-in-law, Carlton Bryan; 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and many loving friends. We will all miss him
Services will be held Tuesday, November 23rd, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Chaplain Greg Ball will officiate. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Enid.
Preceded in death by his wife Billee Maxine Dawkins, and a sister Lucille Bishop.
