Chrystal Crane-Willard

March 11, 1930 — April 6, 2012

Funeral services for Chrystal Ann Crane Willard age 82 of Enid will be 2:00 PM. Wednesday at Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Dr. Sheila Combs-Francis officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the funeral home.

Chrystal was born March 11, 1930 in Loyal, OK to Grant and Marie Pope Ecker and passed away late Friday evening in the O. U. Medical Center after a short illness. She attended school Cleo Springs graduating in 1948.

She married Guy L. Crane on October 9, 1949 in Enid and made their home east of Enid. Guy passed away on August 5, 2000. She married James Willard on December 27, 2003 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

Chrystal was a charter member of New Hope United Methodist Church. She was a member of Delta Theta Chi sorority and a member of Chisholm Trail/Red Carpet ABWA.

Chrystal worked for Sears, CIT Financial, Pleasant Vale Elementary and Pioneer High School for 14 ½ years, and the family business Bud’s Engine Repair for 28 years and retired in 2008.

Survivors include her husband, James of the home, son Scott and his wife Sharon of Enid, two grandchildren Lindsey and husband Jackson Price and Justin Crane, a great grandson Gavin Price, one brother Duane Ecker and his wife Judy of Enid, step children Joyce and Steve Fishback, Dottie Flippen, John and Tonya Willard, Sam and Maryl Willard, Mark and Judy Willard, and Judy and Gary Reed, 14 step grandchildren, 20 step great grandchildren, 2 step great-great grandchildren, a niece Vickie Garrick.

She was preceded in death by parents and a sister Wilma Easterling.

Memorials may be given to Oklahoma Medical Research Diabetes Division or Hospice Circle of Love, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
