Funeral Services for Patsy Cox will be Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, 2:00 PM at Emmanuel Baptist Church with Rev. Wade Burleson officiating. Interment will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Services under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Patsy was born December 10, 1926 in Frisco, TX the daughter of W. Leroy and Katheryn Hays Hill and went to be with her Lord November 7, 2012. She was a graduate of Frisco High School in 1945. She was united in marriage to Melvin L. Cox February 14, 1948 in Enid, OK. and he preceded her in death March 28, 1999. She and her husband owned and operated The House of Hobbies in Ponca City and Enid. Patsy was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and was a dedicated member of the Praisesingers, Past Matron, Ruth Chapter of The Order of the Eastern Star and Past Noble Grand of the Enid Rebekah Lodge 21.

Survivors include four sons, Michael Cox and his wife Debbie in Allen, TX, Stephen Cox and his wife Gayle of Edmond, OK, David Cox and his wife Susan of Boca Raton, FL and Terry Cox and his wife Patty of Wichita, KS, nine grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, a sister Wynema Kirkland of Denton, TX. She was also preceded in death by her parents and six brothers.

Memorial contributions may be made to Emmanuel Baptist Church Praisesingers, The Emmanuel Baptist Church Benevolence Fund or The Kidney Foundation with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the fund. Online condolences may be left at ladusauevans.com.
