A Memorial Service for Charles Michael Cook, age 90, of Enid, will be 11:00 am, Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home with Pastor Wade Burleson officiating. The United States Air Force will provide military honors. Cremation and funeral arrangements provided by Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.
Chuck was born November 26, 1933 in Lynn, Massachusetts, to Michael and Mildred (Larson) Cook, and passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at his home in Enid.
Chuck is survived by his wife Rita, of the home in Enid; two daughters, Charlene Shaver; Wendy Imming and husband Tom, all of Spokane, WA; three step-children, Kathy Young of Enid; Sheri Nelson and husband Doug, of Enid; Troy Young and wife Charlene, of Edmond, OK; as well as twenty-five grand, and great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Mildred Cook; grandson, Terry Shaver, Jr., and son-in-law, Terry Shaver.
Memorial contributions in Chuck’s name may be made to Hospice Circle of Love with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
