A Celebration of Life and Remembrance for Marie Dorothy Church, age 78 years, of Enid, will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Enid. Reverend Stan Jones will officiate. Marie passed away Saturday, September 13, 2014.
Marie was born August 3, 1936 in Orange, New Jersey, to parents William Schultz and Dorothy (McGowan) Schultz. She married Richard Norval Church April 16, 1955. They had seven children, Richard, Joanne, Ruth, Mariann, Grace, Jonathan and Abigail. They moved to Tulsa in 1973, then moved to Enid in 1985 where they lived the remainder of their years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Richard Church, and daughter Ruth Winfield.
She is survived by six children, twenty grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.
