Cheryl Castor

God called Cheryl “Sherry” Castor, 72, of Enid, home on Friday, November 4, 2016. Sherry was born to Neal and Ida (Barnes) Hale on July 29, 1944. She was raised in Enid, Oklahoma.

On June 16, 1962 she was united in marriage to Herb Castor in Enid where they made their home for 53 years. She was a dedicated homemaker, spoiling all her family for over 50 years. She had a servant’s heart always striving to fill the needs of others.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Herb, three brothers, Bobby, Roy and Johnny Hale, two sisters, Marion Steele and Darlene Robinson. Survivors include son Steve and wife Lisa, of Midlothian, Texas, daughter LeeAnn Cinotto of Enid, Oklahoma, four grandchildren, Caitlin Cinotto, Kaleb, Colton and McKenna Castor; two sisters, June Turner, Betty Crouch, two brothers, Alvie and Lonnie Hale.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at 10:30am at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Enid. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 6-7pm on Monday, November 7, 2016.
