The funeral service for Aldean D Busch, age 80 will be held Friday, February 25, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Oakwood Christian Church. Rev Joe Wilson and Rev Eric Keller will officiate. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Aldean was born May 21, 1930 in Custer County, OK to William and Rosalie Haber Busch and died February 20, 2011 in the Hearthstone Assisted Living Center, Oklahoma City, OK. He graduated from Independence High School in Custer Co., OK in 1948.
On August 8, 1948 he married Jeanelda Irvin of Putnam, OK. He attended Southwestern State College in Weatherford, OK and Phillips University in Enid, OK. He majored in Business Administration with emphasis in Management. He worked in several positions as a communication representative for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company from 1956 to 1973 in Clinton, OK. He transferred to Enid, OK in 1973 as Communications Consultant in the Marketing Department. He retired from SW Bell Co in 1984. He was installed as the 1992-93 President of Kiwanis at the Oakwood Country Club. He was also a charter member of the Oakwood Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanelda of Oklahoma City, OK, daughters Brenda Ferguson and husband, Jay of Broken Arrow, OK and Dr Sheila Campbell and husband Greg of Oklahoma City, OK; three grandchildren, Brian and Scott Campbell and Nicole Jackson and husband, Matt; two great grandchildren, Rylee and Isaiah Jackson; one sister, Hildegarde Evans of Marysville, CA and one brother, Leon Busch of Tahlequah, OK.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Wilbert Busch and sister, Clara Borneman.
