The funeral service for Virgil E Breckenridge, age 77 will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Rev Bob Crowder and Rev David Kliewer will officiate. Burial will be in the Kremlin Cemetery.
Virgil was born March 30, 1933 in Kremlin, OK to Hetsel and Naomi (Nelson) Breckenridge and died April 2, 2010 in Enid, OK. He graduated from Kremlin High School.
He married Edna R Sanders-Kliewer on August 15, 1967 in Enid, OK. He served during the Korean War in the US Army. Virgil worked at Champlin Oil Refinery for 32 years and two years in the office.
He is survived by his wife, Edna of the home, daughter, Teresa Breckenridge of Blanchard, OK, Sons, William Kliewer of Ringwood, OK, Chris Kliewer of Cashion, OK, Terry Breckenridge of Blanchard, OK, Ty Breckenridge of Blanchard, OK, David Kliewer of Ringwood, OK, Jeff Kliewer of Ringwood, OK and Jay Breckenridge of Las Vegas, NV; 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; and sister, Joann Watkins; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Bonnie Clements.
