Bonnie Rose (Fritzler) Rapp, age 87, was born in Perryton, Texas on August 29, 1937 to Emanuel and Rosalie (Jantz) Fritzler and passed away at The Arbors Assisted Living Center on January 5, 2025.

When she was young, she and her family moved to Carrier, Oklahoma where she attended School. After graduation in 1955, Bonnie moved to Enid and worked for J.C. Penney's. It was during this time that she met Doug Rapp on a blind date. They wed on Doug's birthday, February 2,1957.

Bonnie then worked at Far-Gas in Waukomis until the business was bought, she then moved to Enid where she continued to work until retiring. After retirement, Bonnie helped out at The Antique Mall in Waukomis where she found a love of refinishing antique furniture.

Bonnie and Doug were married for 53 years when he passed away in 2010. They spent many years loving to go two-stepping together.

Bonnie is survived by two daughters, Jackie Schroeder (James See) and Kelley Wright (Michael) both of Enid. Granddaughters Jenna (Kyle) Rosine, Brooke (Brent) Torrey, Whitney (John) McClure and Meredith Wright. Great-grandchildren: Brock and Briggs Rosine, Charlie and Thea Torrey; and Carter, Cooper and Cohen McClure; as well as one brother, Delbert Fritzler. Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband Doug, parents Emanuel and Rosalie Fritzler, and brothers Jerry, Ronald, Howard and Richard (Dickey) Fritzler.

The family would like to thank the many wonderful employees at The Arbors Assisted Living Center for their loving care and so much patience over the last four years caring for "Bon Bon". They were all truly Angels on Earth to her.

Because of Bonnie's love for the many cats (hers and all of the strays) that she cared for, memorial contributions can be made to the Enid SPCA or the Waukomis Christian Church, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
