Dean Bomholt

A memorial service for Dean E. Bomholt, age 84, will be 10:00 am, Friday, June 12, 2015 in the chapel of Central Christian Church. Family will receive friends at the church from 9:15 until service time. A private graveside interment will be held in Sedgwick, Kansas, where he will be laid to rest beside his wife and parents.

Dean was born in Wichita, Kansas to John William Henry and Mable Ann Jacobson Bomholt on October 27, 1930.

Dean is preceded in death by his parents, John and Mable, his brother Robert, and his bride of 50 years, Dixie. He is survived by his son Derek, daughter Denise Bares and husband Craig, grandsons Logan and Chase Bares, and great-grandchildren, Grayson and Bristol.

Dean’s family would like to express their deep gratitude toward the staff of The Commons and Hospice Circle of Love in Enid, Oklahoma who loved and supported him on his final journey.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Alzheimer’s Association and /or Central Christian Church/Vance AFB Pilot Training Support with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
